Executive Office Assistant at International Law Firm – to £25,000
An award winning International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Office Assistant to work within the firms Executive Office. This role will predominately be supporting the Executive Office Manager, Director of Partnership Affairs and the Partnership Accountant with all Administrative support. Responsibilities will include diary & email management for the team, working closely with the Office Manager for general administration in relation to internal compliance, processing the credit card and updating the teams budgets, assisting with the collation and circulation papers for the partnership and board meetings, liaising with the business services departments to ensure a smooth running timetable for all events, including Partner Review scheduling, Board and Partner meetings, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and assisting with the day to day running of the RPC Houses and internal events. Other duties include assisting with the annual cycle of Partner financial affairs, tax returns and tax payments, preparing loan documentation for Partnership financing, supporting partnership governance both in the UK and Internationally, assisting with administration of key documents and maintenance of Partnership Deeds and assisting with ad-hoc financial analyses. Candidates must have 1 year experience working in a professional services environment, must be advanced in Microsoft Office. Candidates must have a professional, forward thinking attitude and fantastic Customer Services experience. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
