Float PA Role with project involvement

A Float PA role predominantly supporting MDs with the Corporate Investment Team, and the HR team. The role is extremely fast paced and varied, with opportunities to get involved with projects within HR.

Client Details

My client is a global Private Equity company based in the West End, London. With around 60 people in their London office it hosts a close knit feel, with a definite focus on incorporating social events into their annual calendar. Consequently, they have an exceedingly high staff retention of circa twenty years.

Description

The successful candidate will be a Float PA, moving around departments when needed, but with a particular focus of supporting the MDs within Corporate Finance and HR. They will be offered the chance to get involved in HR projects, and if they perform well, will be offered rapid progression. They will be responsible for complex diary management, organising international travel itineraries, scheduling back to back meetings and ad hoc project work.

Profile

Any applicants must have a stable PA career working within financial services only. Applicants who have not been working as a PA/Team PA in financial services will unfortunately not be considered.

Job Offer

My client will pay up to £35,000 as a base salary, dependent on the candidate's career history.
