We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager for a growing national construction and property company. This exciting organisation believes investing into its employers and making sure they reach their full potential and so consequently you will be working in an exciting and vibrant organisation.


  • Assisting the Customer Service Executive with the effective management, compliance, control and deployment of Customer Service Teams
  • Act as problem solver being prepared to take over and manage complex issues to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Deputize for the Customer Service Executive when on leave to oversee the running of the Department and attending management meetings where required
  • Ensure all Group policies and procedures are being followed by Customer Service Team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is being delivered in line with Group and Divisional business requirements
  • Joint Performance Development Reviews for staff under your direct line supervision
  • Positively influence and enhance operational effectiveness of the Department

Requirements –

  • You need to have a strong and experienced understanding of construction/house builder policies rules and regulations as well as NHBC warranties and standards.
  • Preferably you should come from a customer service position and generally have a good understanding of customer care
  • Have the ability to be very personable, with an adaptable set off communication skills.
  • Can do attitude with the ability to work in a past paced environment
  • Management experience
