A multiple award winning investment firm reigning over 2015 in the industry, is looking for a Personal Assistant / PA and Office Manager to join their team in Mayfair as the sole supporting member! This is a dual role supporting the partners and a team of 20 in a busy environment. Working within a rewarding corporate environment this is a fantastic chance to become the central supporter and go-to figure for a highly successful team!
PA / OM duties:
*Traditional PA duties for partners when required E.G diary and travel management, reservations and calendar upkeep
*Arranging meeting rooms and preparing necessary documents
*Assisting with events and large scale conferences
*Managing expenses
*Assisting with training and internal processes
*First point of call for all enquiries
*Acting as IT help in the office
*Ad hoc administrative tasks when required
Essential Qualities:
*Degree Educated
*1-2 years' experience
*Outgoing and confident to support all areas of the office
*Attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience in an office coordinator/manager role is preferred
