Personal Assistant to the 3 Board Members

A globally renowned, elite and high end luxury brand is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the VP and 2 other board members. This is an unique opportunity for someone who has board level exposer to support a VP +2 in a prestigious company. The brand is creative, innovative and market leaders in the fashion industry.

The duties expected will be extensive diary management, organising travel, preparing board meetings and completing expense reports. In this role they are looking for someone who is a gate keeper and can be discrete and confidential at times. The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident dealing with senior board level members and able to deal with competing deadlines.

This is a fixed term contract to start immediately. It would suit someone confident, warm and able to push back. If you feel this would suit you please do not hesitate to apply!
