Investor Relations - boutique fund management firm - £45k - £50k pro-rata

Our client is a prestigious fund management firm based in central London. Their well-established office is looking for an Investor Relations Assistant to step into a fixed term contract. This is a busy time for the business and they are looking for someone efficient who can step into their close knit Investor Relations Team.

Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations you will provide support for all actions around raising capital and investor relations. A keen eye for detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills will be vital for this role.

You will understand the importance of the CRM database and ensure that all information and updates are entered correctly. You will coordinate the diary for the Head of HR and the team. Assisting with all preparation for meetings, you will take a proactive approach to your work checking the diary of the Head of IR ahead of time ensuring that all research has been done, packs prepared and all material ready to go. You will assist with all presentations, reports, action points and document preparation. You will have excellent writing skills to assist with all communication.  

A team player, you will be happy to roll up your sleeves and assist with any task required. Exposure to an investor relations role within a finance environment will be key for your ability to pick up this role quickly.
