Office Assistant - Consultancy company
A fantastic, one of a kind opportunity is available for a recent graduate or school leaver to work in a small consultancy based in the City. The role requires someone who is able to use their initiative and work autonomously, attitude will be key in the role. The tasks will include covering reception, scanning and filing documents, updating the database, running errands, grabbing lunch and making teas. You will also have exposure to PA duties as you will be supporting 2 PA's that support a team of consultants. This could see you assisting on travel booking, diary management and expenses. The role is very diverse and will give you the opportunity to learn a lot across the key support tasks.
Part of the process will be to complete testing so this must be something you feel comfortable and confident to complete.
- Graduate or graduate caliber
- MS office skills - advanced level
- Office and admin experience will be advantageous
- Someone who want to progress within the support/admin or PA area would suit
- Confident to liaise at a senior level and work within a small office
- Bright and enthusiastic to take on any task
