EA to support a CEO in a leading financial company - ideally looking for someone with a Financial Services background.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced EA to join one of the leading Finance companies in London. This is a hugely exciting role for a EA that wants to work in corporate environment, with a great culture and opportunities for progression.

Ideally you will be from a financial background and have an extremely proffesional and proactive attitude.

You must be a real self starter with confidence in dealing with senior stake holders.

This EA role is an integral part of the success of the organisation and as an important member of the support staff you will be able to see the impact your role has on the success of the team.

The EA role will include but not be limited to:

* Monitoring and actioning emails for individuals you support;
* Producing research material using online information providers;
* Accurate and timely preparation of all materials using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software;
* Administration for individuals you support, including expenses, invoices and filing;
* Diary management including travel arrangements, meeting facilities; setting time aside for regular meeting and work, and other associated activities;
* Using the meeting room booking system to ensure that meetings are managed appropriately and bookings can be amended at short notice;
* Management of all catering requirements for all meetings and marketing events;
* Arranging events and conferences
* Project support
* Noting and preparing minutes at meetings;
* Flexibility to support wider team as required;
* Flexibility to change working hours to ensure all tasks are completed.

To be considered for this EA role you have to have EA experience within Finance . In addition, possess the following;

Friendly individual who is able to build relationships quickly;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to manage and work with strong personalities in a team;
Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle conflicting deadlines;
Strong customer service orientation and pleasant phone manner;
Ability to organise while paying close attention to detail;
Self-starter with a proven ability to use their initiative;
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism;
Always professionally presented.
Advanced in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Typing speed of 60wpm.
