PA in private equity firm
We have a great PA role work for a prestigious US owned private equity firm with stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. It's a friendly yet hard working environment with a very low turnover of support staff, due to the great working environment and the fact that they are very well looked after.
You would be supporting an MD plus a team of 5 others, all of whom travel a lot and have high demands on their time. Therefore, Extensive Diary and Travel management is a must. We are looking for someone who is fantastic at making meetings happen and great at building relationships with people on any level. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, someone who can prioritise and manage their time very well and who really enjoys organising busy people and making their working lives run smoothly.
You should have proven experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role is supporting an extremely busy professional who works at the speed of light and needs someone who can keep up with his frenetic pace. There will be constant changes so you should be resilient and keen to take on a challenge. Confidence is key as well as a water-off-a-duck's back mentality but with a calm and amiable demeanour. We are looking for someone capable of managing upwards without trying to do things your way - a truly dedicated PA.
