PA to CEO

This is a lovely role for a bright, articulate and forward thinking PA to work alongside the CEO of successful design and creative businesses.  My client is looking for someone who can adopt a true muck in approach to facilitate the smooth day to day running of his businesses. This is a superb opportunity for a candidate with a passion for design, architecture and creative industries who is looking to take the next step to building a successful and credible career.

Based in a leafy suburb of West London, the role will see you providing extensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO, working closely on large scale projects as well as assisting on an ad-hoc personal level. You will be responsible for taking minutes at meetings, overseeing building management and also have the unique opportunity to get involved in projects including website design. This role really does provide huge scope for a candidate to really roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of this growing business. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an organisational heavy role with exposure to working on projects, be able to multi task and have immaculate attention to detail.  You must have strong MS Office skills, exceptional communication skills and have a natural warmth and friendly persona with a can-do attitude.
