Hands-on Facilities Manager for luxury brand based in E1.

Buildings/Facilities/Health and Safety Manager needed for this company’s Group HQ.  Specific responsibilities include Security Management (on call 24/7), Health and Safety Administration, Regulatory requirements and environmental waste management.  You will need previous and demonstrable experience in all of the above plus -be able to undertake physical aspects of the role, eg. move furniture and negotiate ladders.  You will also need a reasonable knowledge of plumbing and electricity etc and previous staff supervisory experience.

Most importantly you’ll need to live within 30 minutes drive of the building to facilitate call-outs if necessary and have the ability to work out of business hours, including weekends, when necessary.
