A leading advertising agency, based in the heart of central London, are looking for an experienced PA to support their Chief Creative Officer and Global Creative Director. It is a busy and challenging role, and as such you must have previous experience within the advertising industry and MUST also have awards entry experience. On a daily basis you will be managing diairies, preparing for meetings, booking travel and accommodation, fielding calls, handling correspondence, organising meetings, booking venues and refreshments, assisting with PPT presentations, proof-reading as required, organising events and much more. A key part of this role is to manage all award entries for the agency so you MUST have experience of tracking awards entries and keeping a record of the creative work produced for entries. You must also be happy to help with pitches. You will be an integral part of the agency and will really connect the Creative team.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have advertising agency experience. You MUST be a strong EA with experience working with awards. You should be very familiar with the industry. You should be meticulously organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be used to working at the top level and have the gravitas to back this up while still being charming and fun to work alongside – this role requires a big personality and someone who will really get involved in the agency. The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in a similar role within an advertising agency. Awards entry experience is essential.
