Our client based in West London is looking for a highly proactive German speaking P/A. This is a predominately a 1:2 role but mainly supporting MD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a GERMAN SPEAKING PA to really make the role their own. The ideal candidate will speak German and English to mother tongue standard and also possess the following attributes

Efficiency, accurate attention to detail
 Friendly/ courteous and polite
 The ability to work on your own initiative
 Flexible, able to prioritise
 Be able to work to tight deadlines
 Ability to work under pressure
 Strong Organisational skills
 Written and spoken communication skills in German and English
 Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information

Duties include

Working closely with the MD.
 Outlook diary management for MD and email management.
 Dealing with phone calls and handling enquiries in German and English.
 Hotel, entertainment and travel bookings obtaining prices, arranging itineraries
 Coordinating pick-up arrangements for guests via the Driver Transport Maintenance.
 To record on the Company system for all flights, hotels and any other booking transactions.
 To record credit card receipts and reconciling expenses for Senior Management Team
 Producing letters and Company memos.
 Circulating information to other Company members.
 Opening and distributing post.
Liaising with other European offices
Many other projects as and when required
