We are looking for a Resourcer to join our one of our teams and place great individuals, with our amazing clients.

The Resourcer role at handle is a key business function, sourcing great quality candidates and managing them through the recruitment process. This would be a great opportunity for an individual with HR, admin, customer service or sales experience. Working on such a busy desk, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise are essential. There is a real focus on providing a great experience for the candidate.

You will be using recruitment tools, on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates.

What we are looking for:

• High Achievers - we like people who are naturally determined, self-motivated and have a passion for our market sectors - music, theatre, film, sports, technology
• Sales/HR experience or good customer service experience
• Candidates who communicate brilliantly and are memorable
• Good organisational and admin skills are essential
