PA to support The Head of Development for a global property company - ideally looking for someone in Property or within Financial Services.
This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced PA to join one of the leading Global Property companies. This is a hugely exciting role for a PA that wants to work in corporate environment, with a great culture and opportunities for progression.
This PA role is an integral part of the success of the organisation and as an important member of the support staff you will be able to see the impact your role has on the success of the team.
The PA role will include but not be limited to:
* Monitoring and actioning emails
* Producing research material
* Accurate and timely preparation of all materials using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software;
* Proof reading materials;
* Expenses, invoices and filing;
* Maintain the work in progress database;
* Diary management including travel arrangements,
* Arranging events and conferences
* Minutes at meetings and audio typing
To be considered for this PA role you have to have PA experience within Property or Finance .
You will be a friendly individual who is able to build relationships quickly with excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
