A prestigious, finance company based in stunning offices in the heart of the city is currently looking to hire a senior EA position in their London investor team. The London office has a very collaborative feel throughout. This role is to support senior individuals who all have different personalities and quirks making the role incredibly dynamic and varied.

Main responsibilities;

-Executive Assistant support busy individuals

-Complex diary management - arranging meetings, rescheduling and prioritising when needed

-Extensive, complex, multi-stop international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, Visa and accommodation

-Some inbox management

-Assisting with global events/PR team

-Acting as gatekeeper, passing on messages, answering the phone

-Be the first representation of the business on occasions

-Occasional responsibilities when the team need assistance on ad-hoc duties

Main requirements;

-A proven background as an experienced EA is essential

-A proven background booking multi-stop international travel and diaries

-A Strong team player

-good communication skills

-Proactive and happy to help mentality
