Executive Assistant - Canary Wharf

Your chance to join one of the worlds leading Investment Banking organisations in their stunning Canary Wharf office. Joining at a busy time for the business, this is the opportunity for a top Executive Assistant to join a truly successful organisation and become an integral part of the team.

Supporting a senior manager on a 1:1 basis, you will work with confidence and gravitas and will be experienced in managing an ever changing day. Diary management and intensive global travel organisation will be consistent alongside managing all areas of their day and working alongside other EAs across the business to ensure correct coordination of schedules. You will also have the added responsibility of assisting a wider team with adhoc duties as and when required.

A born organiser, you will work with the upmost confidence and integrity at all times and will appreciate the pressures of assisting at senior level.

You will ideally have demonstrable experience in:

• Supporting at senior level
• Preferably exposure to the wider financial/professional services sector
• Work with professionalism, drive and pride at all times
• Solid skill set across all areas of EA support including intensive inbox/diary management
• Ability to work independently but also with a true team outlook

The role is an immediate start temporary position with potential to be a permanent role, therefore candidates must be available to start immediately. Based in Canary Wharf, hourly rate of £18.00 + holiday pay.
