What will your new job involve?
You'll be working as Office Manager/lettings administrator in our Notting Hill Office. Be responsible for meeting, greeting and taking good care of our charming and prestigious Clients. Your responsibilities also include managing the marketing, PR and branding for the office as well as secretary to the managing partner.
You'll be welcomed into a friendly, professional, supportive team. No two days will ever be the same! You'll have lots of opportunities to use your initiative and communication skills.

You'll be:
*copy-typing correspondence for the Managing Partner
*Managing the teams' diaries
*Taking incoming calls and messages
Dealing with the general running of the office
*Running our client database and website
*Process expenses and type invoices (training provided)
*Planning and co-ordinating events
*Assist in the production of property brochures
*Overseeing HR
About you...
You thrive in busy evolving environment with a long established successful but small team. You have a 'can-do' attitude, and no fear of spinning lots of plates at the same time!
Your qualities:
Extensive diary management experience
Good standard of English grammar and spelling, and takes pride in presentation of work.
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Have the necessary organisation skills to provide an efficient support service to the department.
Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
Well presented with a clear speaking voice.
Literate and numerate with attention to detail
Organised and flexible, hands-on person
Pro-active with a good degree of initiative
Confident and assertive
Professional and helpful
Self-motivated with ability to work to deadlines
Clear communicator
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
