We are recruiting for a highly motivated, organised and keen individual to work as a Case Administrator within a Consumer Disputes Team with the main aspect of the roll involving call handling. This is an important front line role in the consumer services business unit working with a team of advisers who communicate directly with members of the public and customer relations staff at a large number of businesses.
