*PA to 2 Partners and the team!
*Extensive diary management
*Arranging conference calls, meetings, lunches and dinners
*Arranging travel ensuring all travel in line with Travel and Expense policy
*Reconciling expenses
Office Management
*Office Manager for London office ensuring the office environment is maintained to a professional level i.e. common spaces, meetings rooms and kitchen
*Oversee the performance of the PA in London office liaising as necessary with her direct line managers
*Checks for new staff members
*Updating staff info and emergency contact list
*Responsible for setting up of new joiners:
oDesk, IT set up, Phone set up, Corporate Card, Private Health Insurance
*Fire Warden
*First Aid Officer
*Responsible for facilities management
Events Management
Contracts, purchasing and cost control
Workplace Health & Safety & Compliance
Responsible for Health and Safety including, but not limited to:
Personal Profile/Desired Experience
*Self motivated, logical and highly organised individual
*Clear and concise communicator who is capable of working on own initiative
*Strong relationship developer who can work well as part of a team, a genuine team player
*Ability to juggle several tasks at one time
*Highly literate
*Good IT skills (Outlook / Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
*Proven track record of success in previous roles
*Experience of producing complex and detailed work
*Proactive - ability to anticipate requirements and deliver against them
*Sense of humour
