Customer Service Representative - Eastern EU

Our client, a well-known international company within the automotive industry, is currently looking for trilingual candidates who speak a combination of any 2 Eastern EU languages namely Czech, Polish, Slovakian, Bulgarian and/or Greek in addition to English, to join their dynamic and growing customer services team.

You will be working in a multilingual team and dealing with a wide range of enquiries via email, fax, telephone and letter. As a multilingual customer service advisor you would be required to offer high quality customer service at all times whilst consistently liaising with all internal departments. The Customer Service advisor with 3 fluent languages will use Excel spread sheets on a regular basis so a high level of competency in this program is essential.

The location of the company is Luton, you will need to be able to commute or there is a relocation package offered by the company if you are flexible to move nearby. You will need to speak a minimum of 3 languages fluently.

Profile

Fluent in English and Czech or Polish or Slovakian or Bulgarian or Greek plus any other EU language

Solid experience in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet

Proven experience working in a customer support, customer services or client support environment

Proven team player that has a keen willingness to learn new things
