We have an amazing opportunity for an outstanding all-rounder who is warm and engaging to provide secretarial and admin support and be a lynch pin after hours.

Ideally you will be someone with an outside interest, that means that you are fully focused and committed to a part-time role as we are looking for someone career committed.

The hours of work will be: 4.30pm - 8.30pm Monday to Friday.

This role could suit someone who is perhaps studying or indeed has another career to complement this role. Ideally you will have secretarial or reception/admin experience and be extremely articulate and well presented.

Duties include secretarial and administrative duties, based in luxurious offices in the City. This will include answering all phone calls, escorting guests to meeting rooms and ensuring the relevant catering is provided. Duties may also include the preparation or editing of word documents, travel arrangements, arranging meetings, diary management, photocopying binding, filing and processing expenses.
