A leading, international global business based in Milan is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Executive Office Manager to the CEO. Previous experience of working at Director level within a global, multinational company is essential. You will have a solid project management and support background and have previous experience of line managing support staff and previous project management experience.

Duties will include full business administration, preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, minute taking, database management as well as managing international diaries on behalf of the Senior Executives including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and assisting managing projects.

You will also develop, mentor and manage a team of 4 direct reports, organise training needs, carry out annual reviews and appraisals, coordinate office management activities as well as organise team events and lunches and manage HR Administration. You will play a pivotal role in working collaboratively with counterparts in other offices and assist in other ad hoc tasks at the request of the CEO.

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and ideally speak fluent English and Italian.
