Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End require a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to join their growing team.

Your previous experience will assist you in your responsibilities of complex support to an extremely busy individual by being a true right hand support - full inbox, diary and travel management, processing all expenses, acting as gate keeper and preparing for board meetings will be consistent, alongside any adhoc or personal support required.

This role will suit an extremely detail orientated and motivated individual, who is able to step into a role and hit the ground running. You will have demonstrable experience assisting to senior level (ideally within a financial/professional services organisation) and be adaptable to an ever changing environment. Your organisational skills will be second to none and you will be un-flappable under pressure, able to multi-task conflicting priorities. You will also be able to start immediately.
