German Speaking PA
Are you a fluent German speaking experienced PA who lives close to or commutable distance to West Ealing? If so then we have an amazing opportunity for you working within construction for railways.
Salary £29, 000 per annum
Working hours 08:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 12:00 Friday
- Working closely with the MD.
- Outlook diary management for MD and email management.
- Dealing with phone calls and handling enquiries in German and English.
- Hotel, entertainment and travel bookings obtaining prices.
- Coordinating pick-up arrangements for guests via the Driver Transport Maintenance.
- To record on the Company ERP system currently Microsoft Navision for all flights, hotels and any other booking transactions.
- To record credit card receipts on Navision for Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Arrange and update regular SMT meetings and Chatroom.
- Confidential minute taking duties as and when required.
- Producing letters and Company memos.
- Circulating information to other Company members.
- Opening and distributing post.
- Maintain and distribute Friday Company key –holder rota.
- New Machine sales and public relation event organisation.
- Organise and arrange meetings and adequate catering – purchasing sandwiches and (making coffees - for SMT only) and greeting visitors.
- Administration of interns/ work experience
- General support to other staff with dealings in German i.e. translation work of letters, service documents and phone-calls.
- Various typing reports and letters for other colleagues.
- End of year Christmas card orders and Christmas gifts, keeping account of expenses in Microsoft Navision.
- General administrative duties including filing and typing reports for other staff members.
- To undertake any other tasks, from time to time as required by the Managing Director commensurate with the salary of the post.
