A very high profile and successful skin care clinic set up by a high profile Dermatologist is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant / Admin / Receptionist with excellent skills to join the support team.
The role is varied with three main duties, firstly acting as a Personal Assistant to the Consultant, booking his travel, assisting him writing up patients' files and generally ensuring that he is being assisted. The second part of the role is Office Admin, this including invoicing clients, keeping on top of the social media, and working on PowerPoint presentations. The third part of the role is Reception. You will be sharing this with the other support staff. It's a company where everyone pulls their weight, if something looks out of place - fix it, if a client comes in, assist them and make them feel comfortable.
Due to it being a clinic there are set hours from 9am to 6pm but every other Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday your hours will be 11am to 8pm. You will also be asked to work 2 Saturdays every month from 9 am to 3pm but you will receive the following Monday off in lieu.
The ideal Personal Assistant will need to be confident, approachable and immaculate at all times. You will also need to have advanced MS Office and fast typing (at least 40 wpm) and Audio would be an advantage.
