HR & LD Assistant required for a fantastic investment company based in amazing offices in the West End.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant to get involved in different areas of HR, including overseeing and providing support to the HR Manager and small team. Duties will include general administration support, updating databases, managing the HR in-box, assisting with new starters, working closely with the payroll administrator, assisting with the graduate and internship process, as well as dealing with exam and course bookings with both suppliers and employees.

The ideal candidate will have team support/administration experience, dealing with third party suppliers, be used to working to deadlines, multi-tasking, supporting a team, excellent communications skills, attention to detail, personable, with advanced MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
