We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Assistant role with a rapidly expanding, international agri-technology company. This is a permanent role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the company and is based at the Group’s head office in the Greater London area.

The Group is expanding its overseas operations, the complexity of its business, and the size and geographic location of its senior management team.  Our client is seeking an experienced professional to assist the CEO in organising his own work processes as well as to provide general coordination of the Board and management team throughout its monthly, quarterly and annual workflow. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the highest professional standards of written and verbal communication, and a keen interest in international business, as evidenced by overseas education, work or foreign language capability. 

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an assistant to Senior Management and ideally a minimum 2 years international experience (education, work, or residency)
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
  • Experience working in a multinational organization or other large-scale company
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel
  • English language fluency. Foreign Language capability also highly beneficial, particularly one of the following: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Arabic or German.
  • Valid authorisation to work in the United Kingdom or the European Union.
