Our client is seeking an exceptional EA to manage and co-ordinate the personal and business affairs of their CEO. This role is based in the Mediterranean so please only apply if you are genuinely prepared to relocate.

You will need top EA skills – gatekeeping, excellent inbox and diary management and the ability to organize highly complex travel schedules. You must also be proficient at keeping tabs on multiple tasks and projects and skilled at driving these forward to ensure that they are completed on time.

You will also be undertaking work of a personal nature including managing the personal affairs of the CEO and his family. This will range from liaising with domestic staff to handling the family’s affairs. You will also accompany the CEO on business trips worldwide and must be happy to be available 24/7.

For this role, you will need to be sophisticated, well presented and comfortable dealing with all stakeholders – internal and external - and be exceptionally well versed in social etiquette.
