Demand for EAs is on the rise

Published on: 26 Jun 2019

The number of employers and recruiters using our CV database in their search for bright, talented EAs is on the rise, according to recent data collected by the SecsintheCity team.

In May 2019, the number of unique searches for ‘EA’ saw month-on-month growth of 20% - significantly higher than the 5% growth seen for searches of ‘PA’.

As our recent Salary Insight Report found, the roles of PAs and EAs are becoming more distinguished, resulting in higher rewards for the extra responsibility that Executive Assistants carry. Indeed, with average salaries of £44,632, EAs were the highest paid office support professionals by job title in 2018, as well as the most likely to receive a bonus.

For the Executive Assistants in our audience, this means that your skill sets are currently in high demand and, if you are currently in the market for a new role, some of the EA jobs currently available will have excellent earning potential.

To help kickstart your job search, we have selected a few of the most interesting Executive Assistant jobs currently listed on SecsintheCity.
