Provide key support to a busy financial investigations team:
• Ensure that all relevant data/information underlying each case for investigation is collected as quickly as possible after the investigation file is opened
• Ensuring that all information surrounding the case circumstances is recorded accurately on to the appropriate database/file and all documents are maintained as required.
• Ensuring that each case is completed diligently so that the investigation can proceed quickly.
• Provide an excellent professional communications service
• Collating Management Information regarding the team’s activity.
Experience
• CF1 or equivalent (can work towards)
• Advanced IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Financial Services experience preferred together with knowledge of FSA regulations
• Record of working in Front Line Customer Service environment
• Financial Services product knowledge
