TRADITIONAL PA ROLE TO HIGHLY RESPECTED AWARD WINNING BRITISH FILM DIRECTOR/PRODUCER, UPTO £40K

This is quite simply one of those "unbelievable" EA roles in the world of Film that you don't expect to see advertised !!!  My client is looking for a traditional PA, that means a highly experienced, "seasoned" individual possibly from the world of Film, or Theatre but this is not necessary - what is is that you have an affinity with the Social issues and ideals of this Directors work who has been a Social Campaigner for most of his career and this has been the focus for his Award Winning films and directing Style representing issues surrounding the "ordinary man and woman" whether it be inequality or social justice in their lives.  His work is powerful and raw with an emotional punch that makes us think about how much we care?  The role is utterly varied diary management, coordination and managing large volume of requests for personal appearances, talks, events, meetings.  Replying in an appropriate manner on behalf of the Director to emails, letters to diverse groups ranging from Film Industry professionals to fan mail.  Liaising with the Press, Campaign Groups, and Activists, coordinating interviews, festival appearances and coordinating in detail all itinerary arrangements.  Researching political issues, statistics, articles, and producing Research Bibles for the Director.  Handling all travel, flights, accommodation, answering phones and dealing with members of the public on a daily basis.  Some general office management.  This is quite simply one of the most rewarding PA roles in the Film world or outside of it, working for a truly lovely, highly intelligent man with a great sense of humour in an informal, lively, office in Soho, with lots of friendly banter.  INTERVIEWING NOW - THIS IS NOT A ROLE THAT CAN BE DONE FROM HOME ITS A 9 TO 5'ISH 5 DAY PER WEEK OFFICE BASED ROLE.
