One of London’s biggest global investment banks are currently looking to take on a highly experienced EA who has total confidence in their abilities. This role will be a 1:1 role supporting an extremely Senior Individual.
Confidentiality is paramount in this role, and the handling of confidential information with discretion and sensitivity is crucial. This a very demanding role and will require someone who is capable of keeping up with the pace of this individual’s lifestyle whilst maintaining the highest quality levels of work. Your impeccable attention to detail will be relied on heavily in this role, and your outstanding organisational skills will support you to manage a hectic diary that can change at the last minute (and often does). You will coordinate and book international travel, and duties will extend further to expense processing.
This individual requires an EA who is one step ahead at all times, and you will be trusted to deal with specific situations due to your immaculate professionalism and elevated communication skills. This is perfect for an EA who is looking to move into a more trusted and challenging role.

- Recent Senior EA experience, gained in investment banking
- Proven record supporting 1:1 at a senior level
- Ability to work independently and using initiative
- Ability to organise and plan
- Flexibility with hours, 8am start and often working past 6pm
- A value add approach to both external and internal relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, to juggle multiple tasks and to work flexibly to meet demands of the business
