EA to Founder – Leading Luxury Consultancy

Executive Assistant and right-hand position to support inspiring company founder of high end fashion consultancy. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced EA to work with an innovative, creative consultancy who work with top client names in the industry. A true right-hand position, you will provide full support to the founder. Duties include diary and travel, office management, project management and being the go-to person in the creative studio. Based in a great area of East London near Old Street, you will be managing a team of contractors and working with the founder on team scheduling and assisting across all office requirements including IT systems and platforms and working with an external bookkeeping company on all invoicing. You must have proven experience working in a similar position, be a real team player, reliable, consistent and trustworthy. This is an enviable opportunity for a highly successful EA who is hyper organised, has strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills and is looking for their next long term position.
