My client, an international real estate investment company, are looking for an experienced EA to CEO to join them on a fixed 6-month contract (to turn into a permanent position after). This is a great opportunity to work in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment, from stunning offices overlooking Hyde Park.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience supporting at C-Suite level in a financial, investment, or management consultancy environment. This is an extremely varied role, where you will be the ambassador for the CEO. Aside from the typical EA duties you would expect at this level, you will be tasked with research, VIP/Event liaison, and various responsibilities related to his pursuits outside of the office. In addition to this, you will assist the Managing Director with diary management and other business tasks.
This is a wonderful role, where no two days are the same. They are looking for someone with an extremely high attention to detail, experience liaising with high level clients, and is extremely well organised.
