Sales Team Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious individual to join a truly inspiring team within the Property Investment and Development sector.
With beautiful offices based in the West End, this is an exciting role for a capable candidate looking to develop quickly. Although corporate and professional this company has a creative edge, working on truly spectacular projects. This role will see you regularly liaising with Lawyers and Agents and should be confident in doing so. Reporting directly to the Residential Sales Director, you will be an extension of this role, having a keen interest and understanding of this industry and ability to multitask. You should have excellent attention to detail as this role will be required to manage and maintain all board and sales reports, data, prices and units exchanged. For the right candidate, this role can evolve very quickly within the sales team.
The suitable candidate will have previous experience within sales and possess strong commercial sensitivity. You should have advanced skills using all Microsoft packages, with a key focus on Excel. You should be polished, friendly, confident and independent.
