We are looking for a top, bright and engaging Consultant to join Tiger Recruitment. As an integral part of the temporary and contract division, you will be working at an incredibly fast pace, sustaining a positive attitude consistently whilst maintaining a high attention to detail at all times. The ability to work quickly and efficiently is key as well as learning new process and upholding a very high standard of work at all times.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year working within a busy office environment, have the ability to demonstrate stringent administrative capabilities as well as feel confident working as part of a close-knit team. You will be able to prioritize as well as show a willingness to learn and an aptitude for developing relationships with clients. This is a client facing role so experience within this field is mandatory.
Being trained in all elements of recruitment, you will constantly be learning and developing to find your own recruitment style, bringing in new leads as well as matching candidates to clients for both short and longer term bookings.
We are looking for someone who has a flair for creativity that will give them an “edge” to and also help to maintain the high standards that Tiger have set as well as having being part of an incredible team of consultants, all at the top of their game
