One of our Clients, a Central London based Luxury Hotel is seeking an Events Coordinator to assist for a period of 3 weeks. If you are an enthusiastic Events Coordinator or Events Assistant, passionate about creating incredible experiences, then this is the role for you.

You will be supporting the Events Manager, assisting with group bookings, meetings and events. These events range from corporate conferences to high profile weddings. For an Event Coordinator looking to build on previous experience, this will be an excellent opportunity for you, as you will assist in all events from inception to completion.

You will have at least one years’ experience in a similar role. Demonstrable skills in event coordination and a knowledge of luxury hotel standards. A high level of attention to detail and enthusiasm is essential.

Competency in using Opera Hotel management system (PMS) and Amadeus or Delphi is essential for this role.
