A prestigious insurance firm with offices in the heart of the City, are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

As first point of contact for clients/brokers and as the ‘face of the company’ it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organisational skills and are immaculately presented at all times.

Working as part of a small team of receptionists, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting with all over flow PA duties like diary management and booking international travel.

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous demonstrable reception/administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Confident, articulate communication skills with the desire to help in any way possible.
