PA to Medi-Spa Doctors.
A superb opportunity has arisen to work in a beautiful setting in the heart of the West End. Our client, the Founders of an established Medical Spa, are looking for an experienced Front of House Assistant/PA to be the first impression of their successful business. You will be based in the stunning Spa entrance, meeting and greeting and liaising with high profile clientele on a day to day basis whilst maintaining a presence that is warm and welcoming. The PA duties include managing 4 inboxes for the team of Doctors plus scheduling their busy diaries. This is a varied role where you will be able to act as a real office lynch pin using your initiative and driven approach to assist the continually growing business.
The successful candidate will be polished, confident, a team player and highly customer service focused. They require someone who has an understanding of managing a reception area, who can be self-driven and really make this role their own. There is the opportunity to get involved in additional projects and further develop your experience and career working alongside forward thinking individuals. Sales and Medical experience is beneficial but not essential.
Fantastic benefits such as three free treatments per month plus a competitive salary.
