As a result of growth we are looking for a new consultant to join our temporary division at Tiger Recruitment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with a lion’s share of fantastic clients within the corporate and creative sectors. You will work as a part of our niche team receiving hands on training and development to establish a successful career in recruitment with one of London’s top secretarial agencies. Your role as a consultant will see you take on responsibility and ownership on a day to day basis, focusing on candidates, clients and placing jobs. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service to all. This is an incredibly fast-paced environment that will provide new challenges and opportunities every day.
You will be responsible for writing job advertisements, interviewing candidates, interacting with clients and most importantly, matching the right candidates to the right roles. We have an abundance of new and existing business so you will gradually build up your own client base with our help and some clever networking and business development to ensure you are set for success.
We are a close-knit team who work well together looking for a like-minded team player. One of the most rewarding parts of our role is building relationships with our candidates and clients so the ability to build rapport and confidently speak to anyone will be key. Polished presentation and strong verbal communication skills will be coupled with a good command of written language and excellent attention to detail.
You will see fantastic benefits working as a consultant with Tiger Recruitment including a generous base salary and commission structure (on target earnings for your first year could be anywhere in the region of £35k plus). We also offer 25 days’ holiday plus Christmas break, private health cover, mobile phone and other excellent incentives.
