Our client, a global visual content provider is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. Based in vibrant and creative North London offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Account Management or Sales.
The role will see you receiving and processing inbound sales queries, selling to customers, and encouraging customers to self-serve on their online platform. The successful candidate will have extremely strong administration skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes, have a background in providing excellent customer service, and a high attention to detail. Confidence in communicating over the telephone, the ability to work well under pressure, and a history of reaching and exceeding targets is a must.
