Part-Time, 4 days per week - EA to CEO – Family Office – City – French speaking – Travel to Geneva required 

Fantastic opportunity for a top EA to join a family run investment management company, in their small London office, based in the City. 

You will be fluent in English and either fluent in French or with a very high grasp of the language.

This is a Part-Time role, 4 days per week. You must be happy with the small set up, and being in the office by yourself due to the high volume at which the Principal travels. Please note you will be required to travel to Geneva 2 days per month in this role. 

The Principal is a very entrepreneurial, dynamic and intelligent man with a top education. This role is to support the Principal as his EA and run the support function of the London office, working closely with the team in Geneva, and travelling there for 2 days a month. Duties will include:
  • Diary management which is hectic
  • Coordinating all meetings
  • Planning his travel which is extensive and global across Europe, the US and the far East
  • Preparing full itineraries
  • Also booking travel for the team from Geneva when they visit including transfers, restaurants, hotels and taxis
  • Private support for the Principal and his family
  • Running the London office
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Keeping track of invoices
  • Payments
  • Filing
  • Administration of confidential documents

It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills and must be extremely polished and articulate. 

This is such a great opportunity to join a brilliant company who will look after you well. Salary is dependent on experience, up to £65k, maybe higher for the right candidate. They are offering a very competitive benefits package (final details TBC) which includes:
