Receptionist – Leading Private Equity Firm – £28k – West End.
My client, one of the world's leading Private Equity firms, is looking for a polished receptionist to join their team and be based in their stunning West End office. It will be a very busy role, working very closely with the wider EAs and PAs, alongside two other receptionists. They need someone proactive and professional - personality is key and you must be a great communicator. Well versed at dealing with fast-pace and staying very calm under pressure.

Responsibilities will include:
- Fielding and directing a high volume of calls in a professional manner
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
- Providing the highest level of service and ensuring these standards are maintained
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Preparing security passes
- Answering queries
- Taking reservations
- Exceptionally well-presented individual
- Professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Hard-working
- One years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Two years’ reception experience
Salary and benefits:
- Salary is up to £28k
- Free breakfast and lunch which equates to c £2k

- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts Monday – Friday, one from 8am-5pm and one from 10am-7pm
