Experienced Office Manager – Investment Firm, West End!
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Office Manager and Personal Assistant, working for an Asset Management firm based in Knightsbridge. With their Head Office based in Dubai, the firm are in the process of opening their new London office. The role will be hugely varied and involve a large amount of project management in the beginning stages. You will be working alongside established and reputable investors in a fast paced and dynamic team.
The Role
You will be responsible for implementing all systems and processes within the new office and managing the implementation of all IT infrastructure. Once the office has been set up, you will ensure the smooth running of the office day to day and support a team of 5 investors with all diary and inbox management. You must be a proactive self-starter who is not afraid to work in a team alone.
This is a newly created role and covers a variety of duties including:

- Implementing new systems and processes
- Day to day running of the office
- Responsible for all office management and operational elements, streamlining processes
- Onboarding new clients and employees
- Providing PA support to a team of 5
The team are seeking a credible, bright and enthusiastic self-starter with proven experience in a similar position.
Specifically, the ideal candidate would have:
- Office Management experience/experience with an office setup
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-starter and can-do attitude
- Experience working within asset management and/or finance
- Enthusiasm – be a proactive and positive character, not phased by large projects or challenges
- Not afraid to work alone at the beginning stages
