This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Associate to join a fun, fast growing, reputable team.
The Operations Associate will need experience in the following:
- Assisting the head of operations with managing the relationships we have with our insurance partners, making calls on claims and seeing them through
- Assessing damage claims sent in, coming to an agreement that works for all parties
- Working with the head of operations in scaling parts of the operations function that allow the business to grow
- Assisting with special projects
- Other ad hoc duties
- Data input using Excel
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Managed a fleet of cars
- Experience with car body work
- Operation understanding of car rental
This is a temporary role with a view to going permanent.
