A Financial Services company based in the City are currently offering a unique opportunity for a friendly and hardworking, "happy to help" individual to join their team! The culture is quite laid back, team-focused and "work hard, play hard".

Main responsibilities;

  • Diary management, booking meetings, rescheduling when necessary
  • Travel arrangements, flights, hotels, Visa's via travel agent
  • Expenses management, processing and logging
  • Managing the meeting room bookings
  • Assisting colleagues during busy periods
  • Printing, binding, data input and ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Covering reception when needed

Main requirements;

  • Previous experience as an Administrator/Receptionist with admin responsibilities is required
  • A proactive, positive and happy to help personality
  • Strong IT skills e.g. knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Well presented, calm and poised demeanour
  • A secretarial course e.g. Pitman's or Quest would be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner
