A wealth management firm in the West End of London are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager.
This role will be based on Reception, you will be the first point of contact and a real ambassador for the office. You will meet and greet guests and visitors, field phone calls, as well as office management duties, such as, ordering lunches, stationary, and general supplies, as well as producing company materials, and managing day to day office facilities. You will also be the dedicated PA to support the CIO when he is in London, so assisting with diary management, travel arrangements and anything else required.
This is an excellent role that would suit a proactive, hard working individual, with the ability to liaise with guests confidently. There are around 10 people in the office in London, and they are a nice collaborative team.
Duties and Requirements

- Reception experience would be preferred
