A boutique financial services company based near London Bridge are looking for an analytical, proactive, efficient and hard working Office Manager/PA to join the team to manage the running of the London office in addition to providing PA support to the partners.

The role will predominantly involve office management duties including responsibility for facilities, contracts and office supplies; health and safety; arranging client events; preparing monthly accounts, invoices and bank statements, and HR administration. The position will also require arranging travel, co-ordinating calendars and scheduling meetings for the partners, and assisting with formatting PowerPoint presentations.

Candidates will require the following:

  • Office management/PA experience - ideally in a smaller company
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience using an accounting software - SAGE preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail to be able to format documents accurately
  • Good academics, graduate or graduate calibre
  • Experience working for financial or consultancy companies is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational, plus the ability to think ahead, be proactive and use initiative.
