HR Assistant

With a prestigious brand and enviable culture, this City based organisation are well respected within the financial services sector. This busy team require a confident and immediately available HR Assistant to join their HR Department.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting in all areas of the HR department including payroll, employee administration, management information and business reporting. You will also be assisting the full recruitment cycle, managing the internal performance management system and any support administration requirements.

You will have recent and demonstrable experience in a similar position - CIPD qualifications desirable, but by no means essential. Experience within the financial services sector also beneficial. You will have excellent system skills in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), an ability to work with attention to detail under pressure and be an extremely confident communicator at all levels.

Interviewing and starting ASAP, you must be immediately available to start. This role is based within the heart of the City of London and offering an hourly rate of £15-16 + holiday pay on a temporary basis for a temporary period of up to six months.
